Keith Guinane is an experienced sales and operations professional currently serving as Head of Sales at Lynas Foodservice since June 2023. With a diverse background in various roles within the food service industry, Keith has held positions such as DSM, Territory Manager, and ASM at Pallas Foods from September 2017 to September 2022. Previous roles include Purchase, Warehouse and Stock Control Manager at Plassey Food, Operations Manager at HMSHost, and Catering Manager at Compass Catering Ireland. Keith's earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Business Manager at Sodexo from 2003 to 2007.
