Rodger Shaffer is an accomplished general manager with significant experience in operations management within the logistics sector. Currently serving as General Manager and Texas Area Manager at Lykes Cartage Company since July 2016, Rodger oversees operations for Texas locations. Previous roles include Operations Manager II at XPO Last Mile and Regional Operations Manager at LogicUS, where telecommunications project management was a key focus.
