Shawna Monero is a software engineer with diverse experience in both internships and full-time roles, currently working at Lyft in the Production Infrastructure Organization since February 2021. At Lyft, Shawna focuses on the Developer Console and Clutch projects. Previous experience includes an internship at Lyft in 2020, where Shawna developed a tool to automate DevOps tasks. Prior internships at Snap Inc. and Twilio Inc. involved significant contributions to ad-delivery systems and privacy compliance tools, respectively. Shawna also gained experience at LinkedIn, Alpacatron, Daring Hero Games, and DigiPen Institute of Technology, where responsibilities included data engineering, game development, curriculum development, and teaching. Shawna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real-Time Interactive Simulation from DigiPen Institute of Technology.
