Herman Marx is an experienced mechanical engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Specialist at Lycopodium Limited since April 2021. Prior to this role, Herman held the position of Head of the Mechanical Department at ADP Group and Lycopodium from March 2016 to April 2021. Herman's career began at ADP Projects, where Herman worked from March 2006 to February 2016, starting as a Junior Project Engineer and advancing to Mechanical Design/Project Engineer. Herman holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Africa, earned between 2008 and 2009.
