Chase Charsley is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Projects Specialist at Lycopodium, Chase focuses on a significant gold processing plant project in Senegal, managing installation packages valued over USD 75 million and contributing to a total project worth over USD 400 million. Previous roles include Senior Field Engineer at Delta Gold Zimbabwe, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing mechanical workshops and managing major project developments, including a dedicated power line and a thermal power plant. Chase began technical training at Marthinusen & Coutts and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Stellenbosch University.
