Steve Hughes has extensive experience in the manufacturing and sales industries, currently serving in a semi-retired capacity as CEO at Lyco Manufacturing, Inc. since January 1996. Previously, Steve held the position of Area Sales Manager at Allen Machinery from September 1990 to December 1995. Early in their career, Steve was the Plant Superintendent at Green Giant/Pillsbury from May 1975 to November 1989.
