James McQuillan currently serves as Country Manager for the UK & Ireland at Lyca Mobile Group, a role commenced in December 2023. Previously, McQuillan was the Director of Business Transformation and Interim Managing Director at The London Bath Co, where leadership focused on luxury bathroom solutions from January to June 2023. As Director of Operations at SUPPER London, held from October 2020 to January 2023, operational strategies were defined and executed for a top food delivery service. McQuillan has also held roles as CEO of Kifli.hu and General Manager for Central Europe and Slovakia at Tesco Mobile, showcasing expertise in MVNO strategy and prepaid market growth. Earlier positions include International Calling Card Manager at Tesco PLC, Kempton Park TV Presenter at The Jockey Club, and Head of Commercial at TalkTalk, among others. McQuillan holds a MA in Economics from Heriot-Watt University, earned from 1995 to 1999.
