Gerald Shea currently serves as the Head of Cost Consultancy at LXA, a position held since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hother Associates from January 2019 to June 2020, and various positions as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at firms such as Adair Associates Ltd, JLC Consulting, Jackson Coles LLP, and The Trevor Patrick Partnership spanning from 1997 to 2016. Gerald's career in quantity surveying began after earning a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Portsmouth Polytechnic (1985-1988) and furthered education with a PGCE in Music from the University of Roehampton (1996-1997).
