Mounir EDDAIFI is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as the EMEA Head of Technology, Operations, Cybersecurity, and Compliance at LVMH Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy since October 2021. Mounir has successfully managed large international IT teams, optimized IT spending, implemented security frameworks, and ensured compliance with legal and internal policies. Previously, Mounir held key roles at General Mills as Infrastructure Manager for Europe and at Danone as Network Global Team Manager, where contributions included network optimization and cloud migration. Mounir began the career as an IT consultant at BearingPoint and Devoteam, as well as holding engineering positions at Orange and ST Microelectronics. Mounir holds an Engineering degree in Network and Communications Systems from ENSEEIHT.
