Vince Catado is an experienced manager specializing in client implementations, web services, and client advocacy, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Implementation Services at LVM Systems since 2010, Vince oversees SaaS and PaaS implementations for diverse software product lines, coordinating various project management methodologies and providing support to implementation teams. Previous roles include Manager of Web Services, where Vince improved web department functions and developed training programs, and Manager of Client Advocacy, focusing on escalated client issues. Prior to LVM Systems, Vince held the position of National Applications Manager at Electroglas, managing the Application Engineering Team and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and quality assurance.
