Kelly Moran is a seasoned professional in venture capital and startup development, currently serving as a Venture Scout at LvlUp Ventures since December 2023, focusing on relationship-driven investments with initial market validation. Kelly also holds the position of Executive Director for Accelerator Programs & Partnerships at Cryptan Labs and provides strategic consulting services for early-stage Web3 startups through Supersum. Prior experience includes founding The C3 Collective and contributing as a founding member of The Fashion DAO. Kelly's background includes investment roles at K1 Investment Management and Barclays Investment Bank, as well as engineering experience with the United States Air Force.
