Susan Paxson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Tampa Bay area, specializing in various types of properties including new construction and bank-owned homes. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Luxury & Beach Realty, Inc. since August 2017, Susan has a solid background in real estate that includes roles at Mihara and Associates and Coldwell Banker. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Susan accumulated valuable skills in urban planning and transportation through positions at Renaissance Planning Group, Kansas University Transportation Center, and Kansas Department of Transportation. Additionally, Susan's leadership experience includes founding Capitol Consulting Group and serving as Executive Director of Coffey County Chamber of Commerce. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Urban Planning from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts from Emporia State University.
