Hélène Arago-Meisse is a seasoned talent acquisition and HR business partner with extensive experience in the field of human resources. Currently serving at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology since July 2020, Hélène focuses on integrating HR strategies into operational decisions, managing performance appraisals, and addressing employee concerns. Previously, Hélène held roles at JTC Group, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and HR business partnering, and at Randstad Luxembourg, where Hélène excelled as a finance and IT human resources consultant. Hélène began the career at EY as an HR officer and had earlier experience in HR consultancy and recruitment. Hélène holds a Master's degree in Human Resources management from ICN Business School and has participated in various training programs enhancing HR expertise.
