Julia Cesino Bez Batti is a Technical Assistant at LuxDev since April 2022, focusing on capacity building for the National Directorate of Industry, Trade and Energy (DNICE) under the Energy Transition Program. Prior to this role, Julia served as a Junior Technical Assistant at LuxDev from November 2019 to December 2021, contributing to the Renewable Energy Sector Support Program (PASER). Julia's professional background also includes experience as a Regional Coordinator at SOLARIMPACT LDA, where responsibilities included managing operations and local activities in Cabo Verde, as well as internships at Cabeólica, S.A., and WEG, involving research and technical tasks in the energy sector. Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and has completed further education at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Central China Normal University.
