Marcus Weller is an accomplished advisor and leader in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and technology innovation. Currently serving as an Advisor for ATARC, Weller focuses on AI, data policy, and the federal adoption of generative AI. As Head of Technology at Pinnacle Minds, Weller leads AI initiatives for a fintech software as a service (SaaS) platform. Weller is also a Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at AIONIC Machine Learning, dedicated to developing advanced AI solutions for government and enterprise. Additionally, Weller has co-founded various startups, including Payminto, Flowly, and Halcyon Biotechnologies, with a strong emphasis on applying AI across diverse sectors. Weller holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a background in data science and psychology from Wayne State University and the University of Minnesota.
