Jansen Mayor is a seasoned professional in program quality and monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as the Senior Regional Technical Advisor for Program Quality in Asia and the Middle East at Lutheran World Relief since March 2017. Prior experience includes roles as M&E Director and M&E Specialist at the Millennium Challenge Account - Philippines, where responsibilities encompassed overall M&E strategy and data management. Jansen also worked as an M&E Consultant at Devrite and held management positions at the British Council, focusing on education projects and ICT integration in the Philippines. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Research and Development Management from the University of the Philippines Open University and a Bachelor's in Library and Information Science.
