Heather Ross is an experienced professional in social services, currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since December 2020. Prior roles include Director of Social Services at The Lutheran Home Association from February 2018 to December 2020, and Social Services Director at Central HealthCare/Central Center from January 2015 to February 2018. Heather also held positions as Program Director at REM Minnesota Community Services from April 2013 to 2015, Program Coordinator at REM Central Lakes-The Mentor Network from 2012 to 2013, and Program Coordinator at Eriksmoen Cottages of St. Cloud from December 2010 to November 2011.
