Cindy Sommers has extensive experience in life enrichment and ministry within various Lutheran communities. Currently serving as the Life Enrichment Lead Assistant and Director of Life Enrichment at Lutheran Homes of South Carolina - Franke at Seaside since October 2018, Cindy is involved in a Continuing Healthcare Community. Prior roles include Living Faith Facilitator at Christ Community Lutheran from August 2017 to May 2018, and Coordinator of Education, Family & Older Adult Ministries at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church from August 2004 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Children, Youth & Family Minister at Abiding Christ Lutheran Church from October 2000 to July 2004. Cindy Sommers holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Drama Education from Capital University, earned between 1971 and 1975.
