Ross Brodhead has over 25 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Ross currently holds the position of Market Human Resources Director at Lutheran Health Network since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Community Health Systems from July 2021 to April 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Sr Director of HR at Ascension, where they led change management and HR delivery for Northern Indiana. Before that, they held various leadership roles at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital, including Executive Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Quality, Risk, and HIM. Throughout their career, Ross has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, change management, and HR operations.

Ross Brodhead completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Taylor University, where they studied between 1990 and 1994. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in April 2021.
