Najib Nazhat currently serves as the District Director and Director of Refugee and Immigrant Programs at Lutheran Community Services Northwest, overseeing activities aimed at improving the stability and health of low-income and marginalized families. With extensive experience in managing federal, state, and privately funded contracts, Najib's background includes roles as Senior Program Manager for Refugee Services, Programs Manager for Asylum Assistance and Complex Medical at Refugees Northwest, and Project Coordinator for Interhealth in various countries. Prior positions also encompass safety and health coordination at PAE and administrative duties at National Motors. Najib holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the People.
