James Stocker is an experienced retail construction project manager with a strong background in store development and project management. Currently serving as the Retail Construction Project Manager at LUSH since December 2022, James has held various positions, including Store Development Manager and Maintenance Manager at Mountain Warehouse, where employment lasted from October 2020 to December 2022. Previously, James was Head of Store Development at iSmash and held roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Mountain Warehouse from April 2015 to December 2019. Notable experience also includes managing property and store development projects at Phase Eight (Fashion and Designs) Ltd., overseeing the fit-out program for Ann Summers Ltd., and managing store design and development processes at Dixons Stores International PLC. James began the career in retail with DSGI, focusing on store openings. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Business and Law from the University of Plymouth.
