Margot Baartmans has extensive experience in roles focused on program management, business development, and event organization within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Since July 2018, Margot has served as the PO for Luscii programs and culture event organiser, prioritizing and developing new protocols while organizing team events. Prior experience includes supporting hospitals in the Netherlands and the UK in implementing Luscii, and coordinating support heroes for the organization. Margot also held the position of Junior (Int.) Business Development Manager at FocusCura, where responsibilities included exploring international market opportunities, alongside roles in planning healthcare innovations and various positions in the hospitality industry. Margot earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Consumer Studies from Wageningen University & Research, and previously completed VWO - Atheneum with a focus on Economics & Society.
