Gavin Kelly is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Luno since August 2022, Gavin focuses on recruitment within software engineering and product teams in the UK and South Africa. Previously, Gavin held the position of HR & Talent Manager and Talent Partner at Hark, where contributions were made to build and develop a technology scale-up team. Prior roles included Senior Consultant and Account Manager at Aston Carter, where the focus was on supporting major financial institutions and e-commerce companies, as well as Senior Account Manager and Consultant at TEKsystems, specializing in IT staffing. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Northumbria University.
