Erica Fritz has worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Lung Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to that, they were a QC Supervisor at MassBiologics from January 2014 to January 2021. Erica also worked as an Analyst at Massachusetts Biologic Laboratories from July 2005 to January 2021.

From 2001 to 2005, Erica Fritz attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.
