Viola van den Bogerd serves as Teamleider at Lunet since February 2021, overseeing multiple residential and day care locations within the Sensom cluster at woonpark Eckartdal. Viola van den Bogerd has been a GGZ agoog with a holistic approach at Innova GGZ since February 2022 and works as a spiritual coach and therapist, providing transformative coaching and energy work. Prior experience includes roles at Syndion from June 2009 to January 2021, where Viola van den Bogerd held various positions, including HRM coordinator and begeleider 1, responsible for training coordination and direct client support. Earlier roles at ASVZ involved working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Viola van den Bogerd holds degrees in various fields, including Sociaal Pedagogisch Hulpverlener and MHBO Zorgcoördinator, along with multiple certifications in coaching, therapy, and mindfulness training.
