Anja's earlier experience includes serving as a Care Manager at Thebe from August 1990 to November 2009, overseeing care coordination and leading a team of approximately 100 care staff. Anja's career began with various roles in nursing and caregiving, with foundational training in nursing at the Gemeente Ziekenhuis Dordrecht and further education in multiple institutions, enhancing skills in healthcare and management.
