Solle Lilienberg holds extensive experience in career guidance and development, currently serving as VFU-samordnare and Karriärvägledare at Lunds kommun since December 2016, focusing on individual and group counseling as well as identifying educational needs. Prior roles include being an Arbetsledare at Humana AB, where strategic planning and workforce development were key responsibilities, as well as positions in career counseling and support at various organizations, including AB Företagsutveckling and Vägga Vuxenutbildning. Solle's background also encompasses retail sales and instruction in agility training, alongside a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Career Guidance from Malmö University. Contributions have consistently centered around solution-focused coaching and fostering individual skill development.
