Kristoffer Lindblad is an experienced professional in digitalization and IT strategy, currently serving as a development strategist and project leader at Lunds kommun since October 1995. In this role, Kristoffer leads a team of digitalization strategists, UI/UX designers, and service designers, with a strong emphasis on organizational development across various municipal departments. Previous positions held include IT strategist, where Kristoffer focused on process-based organizational development utilizing Lean and ITIL methodologies, and acting IT manager overseeing IT infrastructure management with a focus on automation and operational reliability. As a senior systems specialist, expertise was developed in server and deployment solutions across multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Citrix. Additionally, Kristoffer has been a freelance press and documentary photographer since June 1994 and worked as a photographer for Tidningen Lundagård from 1994 to 2000. Kristoffer holds a degree in Informatics from Lund University, earned in 2000.
