Natasha Vaz is an accomplished mining executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Ontario, Australia, and Mexico at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since February 2022. In addition, Natasha holds the position of Director at Lundin Mining Corporation, a role assumed in August 2022, and previously served as Board Chair for the Ontario Mining Association from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Kirkland Lake Gold, where Natasha was Chief Operating Officer and held various senior positions from April 2019 to February 2022, as well as significant contributions at Lake Shore Gold Corp in multiple technical and managerial capacities from June 2008 to April 2019. Natasha's early career includes roles at FNX Mining, Goldcorp Inc., and Dynatec Corporation. Natasha earned a Joint Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto.
