Sanna Wigg is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in management consulting, executive coaching, and therapy. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Mannaz I Consulting & Learning since February 2023, Sanna has also operated Sanna Wigg Counselling AB since October 2014, focusing on management consulting and therapy. Previous roles include Change Manager at Lantmännen, where Sanna led change management in large-scale projects, and significant positions at Tetra Pak and other organizations, specializing in change management and communications. With an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Helsinki and an Executive MBA from Stockholm University, along with advanced training in integrative psychotherapy, Sanna combines a strategic approach with a deep understanding of individual and organizational development.
