Candice Ji is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and leadership within technology-driven companies. At Lumos since April 2024, Candice continues to contribute to innovative design projects. Previously, at Scale AI, Candice served as Product Design Lead, focusing on scalable AI solutions for federal clients. During tenure at Palantir Technologies, Candice led design for the Gotham platform’s geospatial analysis tool, aimed at enhancing global awareness through data integration. Initial roles included impactful contributions at GRAIL, Inc. as the first product designer for lab software development, and at Beyond, a creative agency, along with a foundational role at American Eagle Outfitters in mobile app development. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design with a minor in Business from Cornell University.
