Sidney Ramos has a diverse work experience in the technology and digital industry. Sidney is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at LUMOS, an Australian MarTech startup focused on innovating and democratizing the global out-of-home ad market. In this role, Sidney leads the engineering team and oversees the development of a data-driven marketing platform.
Prior to LUMOS, Sidney was the CEO and Founder of Qimoda, a new-age digital agency aimed at advancing the digital landscape with creativity, simplicity, and transparency. Sidney founded the agency in 2020 and held the position until 2022.
Before Qimoda, Sidney worked as the Director of Technology and Co-Founder at R202 Digital from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they played a crucial role in technology leadership and contributed to the growth of the company.
Sidney has also gained experience as a Software Developer - React at Wisr from March 2021 to August 2021, and as a Full-stack Web Developer at Lendi from March 2020 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at UserCentric from October 2019 to January 2020.
Prior to their roles in the digital industry, Sidney gained valuable experience at Deloitte Digital and Fairfax Media. At Deloitte Digital, they worked as a Consultant from December 2018 to October 2019 and as an Analyst - Front End Development from July 2017 to December 2018. Sidney was involved in delivering client projects and utilized various technologies such as React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Ruby. At Fairfax Media, Sidney held multiple roles including Junior Front End Developer, Junior PHP Developer, and Learning and Development Intern / UI Designer. Sidney worked on developing custom-themed Wordpress sites, overseeing operations for a fantasy sports website, and assisting in the development of an internal eLearning/knowledge base system.
In 2017, Sidney participated in Deloitte Australia's Summer Vacationer Program, where they gained practical experience and exposure to consulting and enterprise applications. Sidney worked on a client-side project, focusing on integrating SAP functionalities to improve business processes.

Sidney Ramos completed a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Software Engineering at the University of Sydney from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2013 to 2014, they also studied at the University of Sydney and earned a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Financial Mathematics and Statistics in the Liberal Arts and Science field of study.
