Mo Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They are currently working as a Lead Strategist at Great State since 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as a Non-executive Director and Product Strategy Director at Lumino, a digital-therapeutics startup, from 2020 to 2022. Before their role at Lumino, Mo Morgan worked as a Strategy Director at relating.to, a boutique consultancy, from 2010 onwards. From 2015 to 2020, Mo Morgan served as the Head of Digital Strategy at McCann London, the brand development arm of a global advertising agency. They were responsible for digital disciplines such as strategy, innovation, IA/UX/UI, and technology for clients including Nestlé, Purina, Nespresso, EE, and Lloyds Pharmacy.

Prior to that, Mo Morgan was the Head of Digital at Kitcatt Nohr (DigitasLBi) from 2012 to 2014 and the Tech Director at Evolving from 2010 to 2012.
