Penona Chan has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Penona began their career in 1999 at Vital International, where they held the roles of Customer Services Manager, Network Engineer, and Customer Service Representative. In 2014, they moved to Luminet where they currently serve as the Customer Operations Manager.
Penona Chan obtained a B.A. (Hons.) in English and Philosophy from Middlesex University between 1994 and 1998. In 2016, they obtained a PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from PEOPLECERT. Penona also holds a Managing Safely certification from IOSH.
