Amy Benoit, CHRL, is an experienced human resources leader with over 15 years in the field, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lumine Group since July 2020. With a strong background in HR strategy and talent management, Amy has held key positions such as Director of Human Resources for Magellan Aerospace Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions across North America and France. Previous roles encompass positions at Stone Tile International and Boston Consulting Group, where Amy contributed to the development of HR policies and operations. Amy holds a Master of Science in Global Human Resources from the University of Liverpool.
