Alessandra Orofino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social impact and media. As the Founder and Executive Director of Peri Productions since May 2023, Orofino also serves on the board of Luminate and as Board President for both The Meliore Foundation and Mapa do Acolhimento. In addition, Orofino holds the position of Affiliated Scholar at Princeton University's Brazil Lab since September 2019 and is a member of the Social Impact Committee at Purpose. Orofino previously worked as a Showrunner for HBO Latin America and co-founded Nossas, where Orofino was the Executive Director until April 2023. Orofino has contributed as a columnist for Folha de S.Paulo and held leadership roles at Purpose in Brazil. Orofino's education includes degrees from Columbia University and Sciences Po.
