Lisa Pierson is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) at the DC Office of the Chief Financial Officer since October 2010. In this role, Lisa has educated IT vendors and collaborated with agency leaders to refine procurement procedures. Lisa also holds the position of Director of IT at Luminas, LLC, where guidance is provided to a team of research and strategy consultants, and successful migration from Google Cloud to Microsoft Office was organized. Previous roles include Program Manager and Microsoft Volume License Administrator at the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer, as well as project management and analysis positions in various companies. Lisa Pierson holds a Master of Science in Information Technology - Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
