Kristina Forrester has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristina began their career as an Owner/Operator of an In Home Family Child Care service, where they provided personalized care and attention to children with unique needs. Kristina collaborated with Tri-Counties Regional Center and parents to develop strategies for their care and provided creative activities for their emotional and educational growth.

After their role as a child care provider, Kristina joined Connect Accounting as a Staff Accountant in 2015. Kristina later advanced to the position of Senior Accountant in July 2019 and held this role until March 2022. During their time at Connect Accounting, they acquired valuable experience in accounting and financial management.

Most recently, Kristina Forrester joined Lumina Alliance (formerly RISE & Stand Strong) as the Chief Financial Officer in April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization.
