Benjamin Tripodi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Lumin Sports since March 2018. As CEO, Benjamin oversees the development and implementation of the self-service software platform that visualizes and organizes athlete and team data in real-time for faster decision-making. With clients including UCI World Tour Cycling Teams, AFL teams, Olympic Programs, and NCAA Division 1 teams, Lumin Sports is headquartered in Adelaide, Australia.
In February 2021, Benjamin became the Chief Executive Officer of Hoap, a software company specializing in "Performance Wellbeing" tools for teams and organizations. Hoap is dedicated to providing physical, mental, and emotional performance tools to help individuals be their best selves.
Prior to their current roles, Benjamin served as the Managing Director at MIK Health from July 2016 to February 2018. MIK Health is the fitness and wellness division of the Creative Digital Agency, Made in Katana. With MIK Health, Benjamin collaborated with healthcare, sports, and fitness clients to create vibrant campaigns.
Benjamin also held the position of Director of Fitness and Wellness at Made in Katana from July 2016 to February 2018, where they worked on graphic design, motion and content creation, technology, and brand development projects.
In addition, Benjamin co-founded Recoverite PTY LTD in June 2014 and contributed to product development until May 2016.
Benjamin was an athlete at the Fuse Multisport Racing Team from October 2011 to May 2016. As a junior triathlete initially and then as an open/senior triathlete, Benjamin trained and raced with the South Australian-based team, following the coaching of Level 2 triathlon coach Steve O'Brien.
Lastly, Benjamin was the Director at Finch Composites from August 2012 to July 2015. Finch Composites focused on creating high-performance carbon fiber cycling wheels for improved aerodynamics in disc brake wheels. The company's commitment to research, design, testing, and manufacturing in Adelaide, Australia aimed to advance cycling in the country.
Benjamin Tripodi attended Mercedes College from 2003 to 2010, where they obtained the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). Later, they pursued higher education at Flinders University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Human Nutrition.
