Roger Haynie has a strong background in software development and architecture. Roger started their career at Accenture Technology Solutions as a Senior Programmer, where they worked on projects related to Siebel's CRM solution and developed a reusable data integration web services framework. During this time, they also obtained a US Patent. After that, they joined Fiserv as a Software Engineer, Advisory, where they led an agile Scrum team responsible for maintaining and expanding mobile product offerings. Currently, they are working at Lumin Digital as a Software Architect.

Roger Haynie attended Diablo Valley College from an unknown start year to 1998, where they earned an Associate in Arts degree with an honor graduate designation. Roger'semphasis during this time was on Computer Science. Roger then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University, graduating in 2003.
