Kirk Groff has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kirk started their career as a Commercial Onsite Technician and Store Manager at Mega Micro Systems Inc. in 2002. Kirk quickly advanced to become the Lead Technician, responsible for commercial contracts and maintaining the company's websites.

In 2004, Kirk joined Smartronix as a Network Administrator, supporting USCENTCOM Enterprise Networks. Kirk was responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering multiple enterprise networks. Their duties included DNS and Active Directory maintenance.

After a year at Smartronix, Kirk moved on to Rooms To Go, where they began as an MIS Helpdesk Analyst and Level 1 Hardware Support. Kirk provided technical assistance to stores and supported the company's primary operating environment. Within five months, they were promoted to Lead Systems Support Technician. In this role, they trained technicians, documented processes, and installed new technology deployments.

In 2006, Kirk joined Wescom Resources Group, LLC as an Implementations Specialist. Kirk deployed the Automated Lending Solution and Symmetry Online Banking for clients. Kirk also worked on internal systems such as ACH and Bill Pay. Kirk later became the Lead Implementations Engineer, focusing on documentation, SQL scripting, and automating code deployment.

In 2021, Kirk joined Plant City Entertainment Inc as a Technical Advisor. Kirk was responsible for all technical aspects of the theater, particularly in audio and lighting equipment. Kirk communicated technical needs to the board of directors and trained show technicians.

Most recently, Kirk worked at Connect Financial Software Solutions starting in 2019. Kirk initially served as an L3 Implementations Engineer, providing support to Symmetry product line customers and working on special projects. Kirk later became the Lead Applications Developer - Low Code, leading OutSystems development and maintaining server-side infrastructure.

In 2023, Kirk will be joining Lumin Digital as a Software Engineer.

Kirk Groff attended Full Sail University from an unknown start date until 1997. During their time there, they pursued studies in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. After completing their education at Full Sail University, no further information about their educational pursuits is provided. However, Kirk Groff obtained two additional certifications, namely Associate Cloud Developer from OutSystems, which was obtained in February 2023, and Associate Reactive Developer from OutSystems, which was obtained in December 2022.
