Quint Van Voorstvader has extensive experience in engineering and project leadership within the lighting and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer and Project Lead in Illumination at Lumileds since January 2009, Quint previously held the role of Manager for Technical New Business Development at Philips Lumileds, overseeing a team of over 25 engineers focused on high power LED applications. Prior to that, Quint was a Project Leader at ASMI, specializing in hardware development for CVD furnaces, and worked as a Thermal Engineer at Philips. Quint holds two Master’s degrees in Chemical Technology from Delft University of Technology, received between 1980 and 1986.
