Ted Richmond, PMP, PSM I, has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as IT Manager at Lumicera Health Services since June 2018 after previously holding the position of IT Supervisor. Prior to Lumicera, Ted worked at Navitus Health Solutions from February 2010 to May 2018, where roles included Supervisor of Claim Adjudication Technology, PMO Supervisor, and Project Manager. Ted's earlier career at Unilever Ice Cream and Good Humor - Breyers Ice Cream involved multiple positions as Business Systems Project Manager from November 1994 to October 2009. Ted began in the tech field as a Programmer/Analyst at Packerland Packing Co. and as a Programmer/Operator at Prange Way, from 1991 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an AA in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin Center - Manitowoc.
