Nico Neugebauer has a diverse range of work experience. Nico began their career as an Intern and Legal Researcher at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid in 2012. In 2013, they served as a Research Assistant at Cornell University's Research In Early Childhood Cognition Lab. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Staff Writer at Cornell Daily Sun Science. In 2015, they participated in the Georgetown Law Investigative Internship Program as an Investigator. From 2016 to 2018, Nico worked as a Trial Unit Paralegal at The Federal Defender Program, Inc. In 2018, they served as an Administrative Intern at GBMC HealthCare. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Kaufman Hall, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate. Currently, they are employed at Lumeris as a Regional Market Director responsible for strategic partnerships. Their role involves working with health systems in the Western, Midwestern, and Southwestern US to deliver market-leading technology and insurance capabilities for value-based care.
Nico Neugebauer completed a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Society from Cornell University. Nico also attended Franklin High School. Nico has additional certifications including a Value-based Care Analytics Certificate from CareJourney, a Power BI Top Skills certification from LinkedIn, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). In terms of language studies, Nico studied Spanish language at Universidad de Granada.
