Natalie Fairchild currently serves as Director at Lumeris, focusing on organizational process design within the analytics department and leading Project Maestro since May 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Account Director at Accordant Media from August 2014 to April 2019, where Natalie managed important client relationships across various industries, driving strategic oversight and revenue growth. Previous roles include positions at Peer39 by Sizmek, where Natalie developed consultative client services, and Shane English School Japan, where Natalie taught English and served as a liaison between faculty and senior management. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Communication from Indiana University and studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
