Wei Zhao is a Senior Engineering Manager at Lumentum with experience in process integration for optoelectronic products. With a background in physics and a PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Wei has led various R&D projects and managed teams at different companies such as Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. and Bridgelux, Inc. In previous roles, Wei has demonstrated expertise in wafer process development and system establishment for production lines.
