Nick Manning is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investor reporting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Associate Director of Investor Reporting at Lument since May 2021, Nick oversees Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae reporting for portfolios totaling over $38 billion in assets under management. Prior roles include Senior Investor Accountant at Barings and Associate at Hunt Mortgage Group, where Nick managed portfolios, improved reconciliation processes, and generated detailed reports. Previous experience as Assistant Vice President at C-III Asset Management included leading a financial analysis team and reviewing thousands of financial statements. Nick holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of North Texas.
