Alexander Hellström began their career in 1994 as a System Developer at Tyréns AB. In 1997, they moved to Capgemini Sverige AB, where they held several roles, including Business Area Manager and Regional Manager. In 2006, they became Managing Director/CEO of Experis IT (formerly Elan IT). From 2008 to 2014, they served as CEO and Partner at Primas Invest AB. In 2015, they joined Plejd AB as a Board Member. In 2018, they became a Board Member at Parakey.co. Finally, in 2014, they became the CEO of LumenRadio AB.

Alexander Hellström attended Linköping University from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Computer Science. Alexander also attended Linköpings Tekniska Högskola, though the duration of their attendance is unknown.
