Shelby Powers currently serves as the Team Lead for Custom Offnet Solutions at Lumen Technologies since October 2017. Prior to this role, Shelby held the position of Team Lead for the Complex Offnet Group at CenturyLink from March 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included developing new practices for a legacy integrated team and leading project analysis. Previously, Shelby worked as a Planning Engineer at CenturyLink, focusing on customer requirements, pricing negotiations, and vendor relationship cultivation. Shelby's career began at Level 3 Communications as a Network Access Planner and Project Manager, managing complex site decommissions and optimizing network capacity. An early experience at Hilti involved operating a customer records system to reduce credit balances. Shelby holds an MBA in Management and Project Management from the University of Denver and a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Tulsa.
