Shaun Hawkinson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in architecture and software development. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Lumen Technologies since October 2021, Shaun previously held the positions of Senior Lead Architect and Lead Architect at CenturyLink from April 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing automated management capabilities and certifying new residential devices. Achievements include receiving the IT SpotLITE award in 2010 for designing a software solution for DSL modem management while working as Software Developer III at Qwest. Shaun's earlier career includes a role as Senior Systems Developer at U S WEST, focusing on service integration, and experience as a Computer Systems Support Specialist at the University of Minnesota. Shaun earned a degree from the University of Minnesota between 1989 and 1993.
